Second, replacement steps: for air filters, remove the old filter, clean the filter housing with a dry cloth, install the new filter and ensure it is tightly sealed; for fuel filters, drain the residual fuel before replacement, install the new filter and bleed the fuel system to remove air; for oil filters, apply a thin layer of clean engine oil to the new filter's sealing ring, install it by hand and tighten it with a wrench (2/3 turn after contact), then check for oil leaks.
Daily inspection and fault judgment are key to preventive maintenance. Check the air filter for blockage (judged by increased intake resistance or black exhaust smoke); check the fuel filter for clogging (manifested as difficult startup or unstable engine speed); check the oil filter for leakage or damage (oil stains on the filter surface). Replace the filter element immediately if any of the above problems occur. In addition, avoid using inferior filter elements, as their poor filtering accuracy will accelerate engine wear and shorten the service life of the generator.
