Dealer and listing guide
1. Create your account
Register with your name, email and a password of at least 8 characters. Your account can access both the buyer center and seller center immediately, with no application review.
2. Complete your store profile
Open Store profile in the seller center to save your company or store name, contact details, location and description. A store name makes your public storefront available. You can update these details at any time.
3. List and manage equipment
Save listing drafts immediately after registration. Publishing requires an eligible listing plan, Chinese and English names, a category, main photo and description, followed by listing review. Each photo must be under 5MB, with up to eight gallery photos. Approved listings become public; edits require another review, and sellers can unpublish their listings.
4. Enquiries and listing accuracy
Read messages and send replies from Buyer enquiries. Provide accurate photos and information, and confirm model, condition, price, availability, location, shipping and payment terms. Mark unknown information clearly; illustrative photos are not evidence of stock.
5. Account and enquiry management
Request a password reset from the login page. Check listing status under My listings and manage buyer messages under Buyer enquiries. Switch between the buyer center and seller center using the same account.
