Service scope
This service is intended only for platform-certified Central Asian B2B wholesalers. It is not offered as private lending; charges are described as cross-border fulfilment service fees.
Eligible orders and advance limits
Eligible orders cover used auto parts, used electronics and used construction equipment, with a confirmed delivery address and valid overseas-warehouse receipt. Advances may cover up to 50% of order value for up to 30 days, with an extension to 60 days available on application.
Service fees and terms
30 days: 0.8% (8‰) of the full order value. If extended to 60 days: 8% of the full order value in total, not an additional 8%. Fees are calculated on order value, not the amount advanced. No hidden charges; service items and fees are to be specified in the order agreement.
Illustrative calculation: a Tashkent auto-parts wholesaler
For an illustrative RMB 1,000,000 container order of remanufactured injectors, the dealer pays RMB 700,000 upfront and receives an advance of RMB 300,000 (30%, within the 50% limit). Settlement within 30 days requires the RMB 300,000 balance plus a RMB 8,000 fee, totalling RMB 308,000. If extended to 60 days, the total fee is RMB 80,000 and the remaining settlement is RMB 380,000. This is a calculation example, not evidence of a completed transaction or a return guarantee. Expedited clearance and arrival inspection are subject to the order agreement.
Eligibility and risk notice
Available only to certified dealers with more than three platform orders in the year (at least four). Personal and retail applications are not accepted. Advance limits, terms and fulfilment arrangements are reviewed for each order; certification and past orders do not guarantee approval.
